Key Ingredients:

Arctostaphylos Uva-Ursi is a little plant with nice redberries that lives in the North and is also called bearberry that contains the well-known skin lightening agent arbutin. It helps fading brown spots on the skin, it's a potent antioxidant and has some antibacterial activity as well.
Aloe vera: an all-purpose beautifying aid because of its extraordinary vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant content; the basics for keeping skin firm, hydrated and soft. It has several anti- inflammatory (among others contains salicylates, polysaccharides, magnesium lactate and C-glucosyl
chromone) as well as some antibacterial components. It also helps wound healing and skin regeneration in general.
AHA fruit acids: bilberry, apple, mangosteen, pineapple, Seabuckthorn and Schisandra extracts
amongst others. Alpha hydroxy acids have been shown to promote smoother, younger looking skin by increasing the rate of cell renewal.
Flower Power: gardenia, frangipani, hibiscus, and passionflower extracts with deep-cleansing properties that boost their clarifying ability keeping the skin supple and firm at the same time promoting natural collagen production. What to expect

Anti-Ageing
As the skin ages there can be a tendency for skin cells to shed more slowly leaving the complexion dulled due to oxidized melanin. This active helps to prevent the oxidation of melanin thus helping to keep the skin looking brighter and more youthful. Clinical trials have found AHA Fruit Acid can increase cell turn-over by between 24-38% gently stimulating the skin to produce more collagen.
Acne/ Blemish
Visible acne marks and scarring can be reduced by the application of an antioxidant rich skin whitening complex such as this.
Avoid use while being treated with a retinol type product from a dermatologist as the whitening complex may make the skin more susceptible to UV damage. Chemical exfoliation to help remove build-up of dead skin cells to prevent clogging of the pores.
Whitening
Whitening of the complexion is achieved via preventing oxidation of melanin thus reducing the potential for an uneven complexion and marking. The efficient removal of dead and dull cells helps to

Directions for use

Apply a small amount of the Brightening Complex Serum (about the size of a peanut) onto your face. Distribute it over your entire face from the centre outwards. Press lightly using gentle rolling movements with your fingertips and pat in gently. Use it every evening after cleansing.
Use it within 6 months after open.
